Refund policy
No refunds or returns on medical supply products.
Because these products are medical and sterile supplies, MedPrep Supply cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has shipped, except where required by law.
Why refunds are not permitted
BAC water, syringes, needles, alcohol prep pads, gauze, and related supplies may be sterile, sealed, tamper-sensitive, or intended for clean handling. Once these items leave controlled fulfillment, we cannot verify storage conditions, sterility, tamper status, or product integrity.
For customer safety and supply-chain integrity, returned medical supplies cannot be resold. This is why all sales are final after shipment.
Before ordering
- Review product size, quantity, and packaging before checkout.
- Confirm that 3 mL or 10 mL BAC water is the size you intend to purchase.
- Confirm syringe size, volume, gauge, and pack count before placing the order.
- Contact us before purchasing if you are unsure about a product listing.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
If an order arrives damaged or materially incorrect, contact info@medprepsupply.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and items. We will review the issue and determine the available remedy.
Wholesale orders
Wholesale orders are also final unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Wholesale questions should be sent through the wholesale inquiry page.
